Privacy Policy
At Aurixenta we believe trust is the foundation of any financial relationship. That is why we explain, in plain language, which data we process, for which purposes and which rights you can exercise. This document applies to aurixenta.com and any digital service we offer from Argentina.
1. Data controller
Aurixenta S.A.S., tax ID 30-71773604-5, with registered address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 1180, Floor 9, C1001AAT, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For privacy enquiries, write to privacidad@aurixenta.com.
2. Data we process
We only process the data you choose to share when you fill in our contact form: name, email and the message you send us. In addition, when you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we may collect technical identifiers, browsing date and time, visited pages and aggregated behavioural data.
3. Purposes
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, share details about the projects you expressed interest in, improve the site's content, measure the performance of our communication campaigns and comply with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the Argentine market.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual steps you request and on our legitimate interest in keeping this site secure. When the legal basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention
We keep contact data for the time needed to answer your enquiry and, after that, for up to 24 months for internal statistical purposes. Cookie-related data is kept for the period declared in the Cookie Policy or until you withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to privacidad@aurixenta.com with sufficient identification. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the competent supervisory authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is entirely foolproof, but we review our controls regularly.

If we introduce material changes, we will publish a new version at this URL and update the "last updated" date. We recommend reviewing the policy from time to time.
